The Barclay's Dubai Tennis Championships is a Premier Level tournament on the Women's Tennis Association Tour, played on hard courts outdoors for a total purse of $2,000,000. This tournament follows a few that kicked off the 2010 season for Women's professional tennis, including the Hobart International and Australian Open back in January, and will be followed by the Morgan Keegan Championships in Memphis, Tennessee February 14^th through the 20^th. This is a women's and men's combined event, with the women's dates the aforementioned 14^th through the 20^th of February and the men's February 22^nd through the 27^th. As for the women players, they include every single one of the top ten, including Serena Williams, Dinara Safina, Caroline Wozniacki and fourth ranked Svetlana Kuznetsova as well as Venus Williams, Victoria Azarenka, Elena Dementieva, Jelena Jankovic and Agnieszka Radwanki and tenth ranked in the ATP World Tour List Na Li.
