On Wednesday, July 4^th, The Championships Wimbledon continues with a match at Centre Court at 1:00PM for the quarterfinals of the men's singles competition. The winner of these quarterfinals matches will be moving onto the semifinals, and we have Swiss player Roger Federer facing off against Mikhail Youzhny, the number 26 seed from Russia. Federer is the number three seed in this tournament, played the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London, England, our third Grand Slam of the year.

Roger Federer has quite a history at this tournament, having played in it a grand total of thirteen times, and taking home a win during the 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 seasons, as well as in 2009. He has only made it to the quarterfinals in the doubles competition. As for Mikhail Youzhny, he has played in eleven Wimbledon Championships, but he has never made it past the fourth round until now. However, he has played in the fourth round of Wimbledon as many times as Roger Federer has actually won the tournament.
