In the seventh day of play for the US Tennis Open at the USTA Billie Jean King Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, New York, David Nalbandian and Rafael Nadal play at 11:00AM at the Arthur Ashe stadium for the third round of the competition in the men's singles. Rafael Nadal is from Spain and is the second seed, and he has played in eight tournaments prior and also is this year's defending champion. As for Argentina's David Nalbandian, he is unseeded, but he has played in nine prior US Open tournaments and was a semifinalist in 2003.
