On Friday, June 1^st, our second Grand Slam tennis event of the year continues, the French Open at Roland Garros, with a series of third round matches. In the third round of the men's singles, we have Swiss tennis player, and the third seed for this tournament Roger Federer, facing off against Nicolas Mahut from France. They will be playing a match on Day Six of the tournament, at 11:00AM at the Court Philippe Chatrier. Also playing a round three match is Agneiszka Radwanska and Svetlana Kuznetsova.

Swiss tennis player Roger Federer has won this tournament only one before, in 2009. However, he has played in the event no less than thirteen times. He beat Tobias Kamke in the first round to get to this point, as well as beat Adrian Ungur in round two. As for Nicolas Mahut, he has played in the French Open almost as many times as Roger Federer at twelve, but he has never made it past the second round of the tournament. He played Andy Roddick in the first round of the tournament and Martin Klizan was the player he beat in the second.
