Novak Djokovic v Philipp Kohlschreiber Live
Top seeded Novak Djokovic will be in action in the fourth round of the French Open this year as he takes on Germany's Philipp Kohlschreiber on Monday.
It’s been easy going for the top seeded Djokovic who is yet to drop a set in this tournament. especially he crushed his former nemesis Grigor Dimitrov in straight sets in the previous round match.
This was after he had breezed past Guido Pella and David Goffin in his first couple of rounds of matches.
Kohlschreiber’s been in form too, having defeated Victor Hanescu in his third round match in straight sets after Yen-Hsun Lu withdrew from their second round match with an injury.
The only set that the German dropped was in the first round when he needed four sets to overcome the relatively unknown Jiri Vesely.
Kohlschreiber has something to hold on to, as far as history is concerned, when he takes on the world number one. While Djokovic leads the overall head-to-head 2-1, the German’s only win came at the French Open in 2009 - of course when Djokovic was anything but the worlds top-ranked player. This time around, it will be a different kettle of fish altogether.
