Fed Cup times is upon us and it's round one for World Group II. The match we're talking about is Estonia versus Argentina and the women are playing at the Tere Sport Tennis Club in Estonia, but there are also some other World Group II match-ups this weekend, February 6^th and 7^th including Australia and Spain, Poland and Belgium and the Slovak Republic and China as well as four World Group games played the same weekend. This hard court indoors match will feature the Estonian team of Kaia Kanepi, Marat Ani, Margit Ruutel and Anett Schutting with Captain Rene Busch. This will be the first time that Estonia and Argentina have faced off, so it will be an interesting match to watch. Estonia is ranked 126^h in the Fed Cup leader list and Argentina is 12^th so they will be fairly even as well. Estonia was just recently promoted and so will play in World Cup II for the first time. Last year, they defeated Croatia, Bulgaria, Belarus and Israel.

Argentina made it to the semi-finals twice already. The first time was in 1986 and then once again in 1993. They lost to Ukraine last year as well as to the United States which means that they are now in World Group II. The Argentina team includes Mailen Auroux, Maria Irigoyen, Aranza Salut and Paula Ormaechea and are led by Ricardo Rivera.
