Dominika Cibulkova v Agnieszka Radwanska Live
In the second women's semi-final of the day, the fifth seeded Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland will be up against 20th seeded Dominika Cibulkova of Slovakia.
It has been an exciting run for both the players in the competition, with both players having had to overcome difficult opponents in previous encounters.
Radwanska made it to the last four stage of the competition by defeating the defending champion Victoria Azarenka in the semi-final. Such was her domination in that game after losing the second set, she raced through the final set 6-0 to make it to the semi-final.
Earlier, Radwanska had needed straight sets to overcome Garbine Muguruza, having needed three-setters in her first and third round respectively.
Cibulkova, on the other hand, did not even break into a sweat when she overcame Simona Halep, 6-3, 6-0 but that win came after the upset of the tournament saw her overcome Maria Sharapova in the fourth round.
In six previous outings, Radwanska leads the head to head 5-1, which means she will begin favourite going into the match. That said, Cibulkova did beat Radwanska in the final at the WTA Stanford last year which will give her confidence to go the distance against the Polish player.
