The ATP World Tour holds the Erste Bank Open this week in Vienna, Austria, held from the 24^th of October to the 30^th. The tournament is worth 650,000 Euros and has a singles draw of 28 and a doubles draw of 16. There is another tournament that will be held at the same time as the Erste Bank Open. It is called the St. Petersburg Open, held in St. Petersburg, Russia from October 24^th to the 30^th, and featuring a purse of $750,000. The singles draw for that one is 32 and the doubles draw is 16. The IF Stockholm Open and the Kremlin Cup were held earlier on the tour.

 

 

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga is the top seed in this tournament and Frenchman Richard Gasquet will be the second seed. Third and fourth are going to be Viktor Troicki and Juan Martin Del Potro, and then Jurgen Melzer and Juan Ignacio Chela will be the fifth and the sixth seeds. The Bank Austria Tennis Trophy will happen in Vienna, Austria from October 25^th through the 31^st, which takes place on hard court tournaments for € 575,250. The Bank Austria Tennis Trophy is a indoor hardcourt tournament that features a prize purse of 574,750 Euros. The singles draw is 32 and the doubles draw is 16, and this event, held in Austria's capitol and most populated city will feature some of the biggest names in tennis, almost always drawing in a good number of the world's top ten tennis players. In fact, there are only 24 ATP World Tour number one title holders and eighteen of them have competed in Vienna. This is an ATP 250 tournament and it will be held from October 26^th to November 1^st.
