The Bundesliga is the highest league of professional tennis in Germany, with two levels the 1 Bundesliga and the 2^nd Bundesliga and Saturday, August 15^th you can watch the next Bundesliga event. This is a promotion and relegation setup with the 2^nd Bundesliga promoting and the 1^st Bundesliga relegating its bottom teams. The matches are played throughout the year from July to August and Tennis Point is the sponsor this year. Single Pairs from the Bundesligas arise in world rankings and of the ten divisions there is at least 1 top 100 ranked ATP player.

 

 

Players like Rainer Schuttlier, Alexander Waske, Phillip Kohlschreiber and Philipp Petzschner are just some of the names in the Bundesliga. This is the first year for the title sponsor and with it launched a new website that allowed fans to check out teams, schedules and other information. The fans and the officials of the Bundesliga are excited about the change, calling Tennis Point a name that makes people think of the spirit of innovation and motivation.

 

 

In 2008, TK Kurhaud Aachen was at the top of the rankings for the League Table, with eighteen points and a total of 47.7 matches. Green-White Mannheim was next, with 12.6 points and Blue White Hall had 11.7 tied with fourth placed Erfurt TC. Fifth is Rochusclub Dusseldorf with 10.8 points and sixth was ETUF Food with 9.9 tied with Bzlue White Neuss.
