The Regions Morgan Keegan Championships, which happens in Memphis, Tennessee in the United States February 14^th through the 20^th, is a indoor hard court tournament that has a singles draw of 32 and a doubles draw of 16. The prize purse for this event is $1,100,000. This tournament dates back to when the venue was called the Racquet Club of Memphis, the only private club anywhere on the globe that hosts a combined indoors event for woman and men's professional tennis. The tournament begin in 1977 with Bjorn Borg winning the first title.

ATP Tennis is chock full of excitement and action during the month of February and that continues with the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships, an ATP 500 level tournament that will be held February 15^th through the 21^st. The tournament takes place at the Racquet Club of Memphis, and this event is a combined women's and men's professional event, the venue unique in that is it the only private club to host such a tournament. Andy Roddick is the top seed for this event, also being the defending champion, and a winner back in 2002. He will be going for this third tournament title this year, capturing his 27^th career title with last year's win at Memphis. The second seed is Fernando Verdasco, the 26 year old sensation from Madrid, Spain.

 

 

Third seed is Radek Stepanek, who lost to Roddick in last year's final of the Regions Morgan Keegan Championships. Tommy Haas, thirty one years old from Germany in the fourth seed. Fifth is Tomas Berdych who is currently ranked 23^rd in the world. Sixth seed is Sam Querrey and the seventh and eigth seeds for the Regions Mortgan Keegan Championships Live are Philipp Kohlschreiber and Jeremy Chardy respectively.
