Given that the season is approaching its end, Chardy may want to develop some traction here and move on to win some event on the ATP tour. Ricardas Berankis of Lithuania has been awarded the third seed for the tournament. Having won two Challenger events consecutively earlier this year, he certainly has got the fire power to get the third one too. However, given his recent form in the US Open and St. Petersburg Open, he needs to buckle up for this one.
Evgeny Donskoy of Russia is the fourth seed here, who last lost in the China Open qualifiers. The tournament certainly boasts of some talented players, with all of them coming in with an equal chance to win this.
