Challenger Monza Live
The ATP Challenger Tour will play in Monza, Italy this week on clay courts. This tournament is worth 64,000 Euros and it is officially called the Circolo Tennis Monza, and it happens from the 11th of June to the 17th, played on red clay. This is not the only ATP Challenger event happening this week. In fact is is just one of three tournaments. One of them is on grass, in celebration or preparation for the third Grand Slam tennis event of the year at Wimbledon in London. That event happens in Nottingham, and there is another in Kosice, Slovak Republic.
Top seed in this tournament is 65th ranked Albert Montanes. Filippo Volandir is going to be the second seed and is ranked 81st. Potito Starace is next followed by Blaz Kavcic as the number four seed. Michael Berrer is the fifth and Antonio Veic is the sixth. Rogerio Dutra Silva will be the number seven seed for this tournament, followed by Daniel Gimeno Traver. The number one winner of this tournament will get to take home the grand prize of 9,200 Euros and 100 points while the finalist will get 60 points and 5,400 Euros.
