The ATP Challenger Tour will be playing this week in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in an event that will be one of four major challenger tournaments being played this week. This event is the largest by far, worth $125,000. This one will be a hard court event and it will be joined by a tournament in Savannah, Georgia played on clay for $50,000. There is also one in Sao Paulo, Brazil on clay and yet another event in Napoli, Italy. This tournament is officially called the 2012 OEC Kaohsiung and it is scheduled from April 23^rd to the 29^th.

The top seed for this exciting challenger event is Yen-Hsun Lu, who currently holds the 56^th ranking in the world of tennis. Go Soeda will be the second seed and then Tatsuma Ito comes in as the third. Rik De Voest, who is ranked 138^th is the fourth seed. Fifth and sixth are Ruben Bemelmans and Marco Chiudinelli.
